Welcome to our
Treetop Studio,
a cozy and charming living space nestled in the north Seattle community
of Wedgwood, a few miles north of the University of Washington and
downtown Seattle beyond. This 440 square foot over-the-garage space
features cedar-paneled ceilings with skylights, a wood stove, small
kitchen, queen bed, and a balcony. There is on-site covered
parking for one compact car. An 8 minute walk takes you to the
Burke-Gilman trail, and a few minutes more brings you to Matthews Beach
on the western shore of Lake Washington.
The studio is offered as extended-stay temporary housing for travelling nurses and other professionals. Short commutes to University of Washington campus and Medical Center, UW Medical Center Northwest, Harborview Medical Center. Rates: $1,950/month for one person, +$100/month for second person, 3 months minimum. Utilities + WiFi included. $595 security deposit, $200 cleaning fee. Shorter term possible at higher rate.
In lieu of a washer and dryer, we are offering a $100/month rent
discount that may be used to pay for a local pick-up/delivery laundry service
such as SudShare.
